This week kicked off with our juvenile salmon program. The salmon have mainly moved into deeper waters. There are only two more surveys left for this year.
We continued our European green crab (EGC) surveys in Madeira Park. We discovered red rocks but thankfully no EGC. An EGC was identified on Gambier Island by a member of the public. If you think you have seen one, please take a photograph and report it to Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
