Harbour Spiel: Loon Foundation Bulks Up Board at Nov. 29 AGM

Exciting news from the Loon Foundation!

After a significant leadership transition, we have welcomed seven new Board of Directors, bringing together a team of experts in environmental science, business, community leadership, and communications to guide the Loon Foundation and the next phase of the Pacific Ocean Discovery Station (PODS) project.

We are thrilled to welcome Candace T. Campo, Chief Lenora Joe, Michelle Johnston, Mike McDermid, Kathy Minehan, Bob Patrick, and Christine Thomas, alongside returning members, Will Corse, and Brendan Glauser.

Together, this team strengthens our mission to protect biodiversity, foster responsible stewardship, and connect people with the wonders of our coastal waters. The future of PODS is bright, and we can’t wait to share it with our community!
